Q-Evolution Mask Storm Blue

In its evolutionary phase of study and Test it has undergone more than 90 changes to find the right balance between comfort in wearing it, transpiration, correct breathing, high tear resistance, durability, so much so that the production specifications of this series are very complex.

The Mask has a 3-layer armor: the external structure in antibacterial and antimicrobial TPU Evolution®, able to withstand small splashes of water; the internal structure in contact with the face is in Q-skin® by Fulgar, plus a third structure between the two always in Q-skin®, the combination of these synergies between yarns and specially designed knitting structures have given life to the mask " Q-Evolution Mask "and two younger sisters" Quick-Mask "and" Quick-Mask guys "with simpler structures that you can find in the store.

Thanks to the Q-skin®, the "Q-Evolution Mask" is permanently odor control and bacteriostatic, and thanks to the antimicrobial and antibacterial TPU Evolution®, both yarns use the "Polymeric Matrix" technology enhanced with silver ions.

• How does it work?

• The bacteria have a negative charge (-) while the silver ions are positive (+), this mechanism allows the silver ions to reduce excess bacterial flora.

We made use of more specialized laboratories to be able to test:

• Non-cytotoxic or irritating / sensitizing yarns in contact with the face according to ISO 10993-5: 2009 standards (as required for surgical masks);
• Resistance to flow BS EN 14683: 2019 (as expected for surgical masks);
• Microbial Cleanliness (Bioburden) BS EN 14683: 2019 (as required for surgical masks).

It is not for health or workplace use, referred to in paragraph 2 of Article 16 of the "CuraItalia" Decree, it is not to be considered a PPE, but a fashion accessory.

It can be washed in the washing machine up to a maximum of 60 °, from tests carried out it is washable up to 100 times, effectively reducing the cost to 20 euro cents on daily use, it can be bleached and dried in the dryer on the delicate cycle, not must be ironed. The washes can be performed with the most common detergents on the market, we have actually tried to make it as easy and manageable as possible.

The mask does not contain underwire, its shape adapts to the face, allowing easy management during its use, it leaves a pleasant sensation on contact, reduces halos for those who wear glasses, the rounded attachment does not cause tension in the ear area, the nose area is marked by an arrow-shaped jacquard as in the photo below

The package contains the washing instructions and how to wear it, all production steps are completely made in our factory, 100% Italian product
