Deliveries, returns and the right of withdrawal

Delivery of your parcel

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated directly to the customer.

Parcels are generally delivered within 2–3 working days via the Italian postal service or an express courier. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the region of delivery, the time of year and the quantity ordered.

Depending on the type and quantity of products purchased, delivery may be made via the postal service or an express courier.

Upon dispatch, a notification will be sent to the customer and, where available, the parcel’s tracking code will also be provided.

For large quantities or special orders, please contact us by email at infoprodotti.tessilmoda@gmail.com. Our staff will contact you to discuss production times, availability and delivery arrangements. The quantities shown on the website generally correspond to the stock currently available.

If you are collecting your order from our premises, we will inform you of the date on which you can collect your parcel.

Delivery charges include handling, packaging and transport costs. Handling costs are fixed, whilst transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the consignment and are calculated automatically when you confirm your basket.

We recommend that you group items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders placed individually; therefore, delivery charges will be applied to each order.

The boxes and envelopes used are of a suitable size, and items are carefully packed to protect them during transit.

Right of withdrawal for online purchases

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason, in the cases and within the limits provided for by current legislation.

The right of withdrawal applies to distance sales, such as purchases made via the e-commerce site, by consumer customers, i.e. natural persons who make purchases for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity they may carry out.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use the dedicated online function available in the customer area, within the details of the eligible order, or via the page dedicated to withdrawal requests.

The request must be submitted within the specified time limit. Once this period has elapsed, the online function may no longer be available for the order in question.

Once the request has been received, Tessilmoda will verify the order details, the timeframe, the type of products purchased and whether any items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The customer will then be provided with instructions on how to return the goods, if applicable.

Submitting an online withdrawal request does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the return or a refund, but it enables Tessilmoda to receive and process the request in an organised, traceable manner that complies with current legislation.

Conditions for returning goods

Products must be returned intact, unused, undamaged, unstained and, where applicable, with labels, accessories and original packaging.

Returned goods must be suitable for resale, subject to the normal checks required to verify their nature, characteristics and integrity.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning the goods, unless otherwise specified in writing by Tessilmoda or in cases provided for by law.

The customer is asked to wait for confirmation and instructions from Tessilmoda before proceeding with the dispatch of the goods to be returned.

A refund will be issued following receipt and inspection of the returned goods, preferably using the same payment method as that used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be excluded, amongst other cases provided for by current legislation, for products that are made to measure, clearly personalised, manufactured to the customer’s specific request, or for products which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, are not suitable for return once opened or used

Products that may be excluded therefore include, by way of example, personalised items, made-to-measure products, special productions, one-off items, items modified at the customer’s request, or goods that cannot be put back on sale for hygiene reasons after they have been opened, used or handled.

In the case of orders containing excluded or potentially excluded products, Tessilmoda reserves the right to manually verify the request before authorising any return.

Business-to-business (B2B) orders, personalised orders and supplies

The right of withdrawal provided for under the Consumer Code applies to purchases made by consumer customers, i.e. natural persons purchasing for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activities.

For orders placed by companies, professionals, VAT-registered businesses, retailers, beauty salons, professional service providers, or for customised supplies and made-to-order products, any returns, cancellations or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the relevant commercial agreements.

How to request a return online

To submit an online withdrawal request, log in to your customer account, open the order details and use the “Request withdrawal” button, if available for that order.

Alternatively, you can use the dedicated online withdrawal page, entering the details required to identify the order.

For orders placed as a guest, the request can be submitted via the dedicated function, entering the details required to verify the order.

Submitting an online request does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the return. Tessilmoda will verify the eligibility of the order, compliance with time limits, the condition of the products and whether any items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
