Beauty Salon Series: Excellence Made in Italy

Today I want to share with you the story behind the creation of our beauty parlour products, a project born out of a desire to offer the highest quality products that would stand out in today's competitive market.

How did it all begin?

It all started in 2001, when I began designing and studying materials and structures to make unique items. During those years, I was searching for the perfect textile fibre, the one that could guarantee the best performance. But our path was not always easy.

The challenges in creating something unique

Over the years, the results of our efforts tended to remain average compared to the competition. The real problem? The market was and is flooded with low-cost products, which made it difficult to emerge with a superior value proposition. Several times the project was shelved or put on hold, because finding a material that would allow us to outperform our competitors while keeping costs affordable was not at all easy.

Why didn't we take the easy way out?

It would have been easier for us to opt for a cheap, low-quality product, easily sold at a premium price. But our goal had always been different: we wanted to create an excellent product, designed, manufactured and tested entirely in Italy.

The breakthrough: silver ion microfibre

The real breakthrough came when we discovered and were able to try silver ion microfibre. This material changed everything, allowing us to breathe new life into projects we had temporarily suspended. Silver ion microfibre is breathable, requires no ironing, dries quickly and can be washed at up to 95°C, all qualities that have enabled us to create innovative and high-performance products.

Field testing and professional feedback

We have had the good fortune to test our products in professional contexts, collaborating with beauty centres that have given us valuable feedback to further improve. This has allowed us to refine our articles, both those available in our store and those developed exclusively for our most demanding customers.

An artisanal product, with dedicated production

As a handicraft business, each of our articles is carefully crafted down to the smallest detail. We do not do large industrial production and do not use cheap labour. Each order, subject to stock availability, is made to order, with production times varying according to orders. This is our commitment to offer a unique and superior quality product, entirely ‘Made in Italy’, from the yarn to the packaging, all steps in fact follow a well-defined process, to maintain a very high standard.

Why do our products have a higher price?

Yes, our items are slightly more expensive than low-cost or imported products, but this reflects the care and attention we put into each stage of production. From the initial material to final production, we focus everything on quality to offer you a durable, practical and high-performance product.
